- A 10% total discount on eligible repair labor for three years, beginning on the new business’s opening date.
- Priority support for three years, beginning on the new business’s opening date. Includes priority scheduling and placement ahead of standard requests awaiting service, subject to availability.
Supporter Benefit Terms
Service benefits become available when the new business opens. Tier 2 and Tier 3 discounts, along with Tier 3 priority support, remain available for three years from the business’s opening date.
Each qualifying supporter receives one labor credit: $50 for Tier 2 or $100 for Tier 3. The credit may be used across multiple visits until its balance is exhausted and does not expire when the three-year discount period ends.
Credits and discounts apply only to eligible repair labor. Computers, parts, accessories, taxes, and other charges are excluded. Benefits are personal to the supporter and nontransferable.
Benefits cannot be combined with other promotions. The supporter discount cannot be applied to an invoice using the supporter’s labor credit. Higher-tier benefits replace lower-tier benefits rather than accumulating.
Priority support does not interrupt work already underway or guarantee immediate service, after-hours assistance, or a specific completion time.
Public supporter recognition is optional. Contributions support a privately owned business venture and do not provide an ownership interest.
